What Exactly is the Canadian Dental Care Plan?

Launched by the Government of Canada and Sun Life in May 2024, the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) offers vital dental services to all Canadians, with special attention to those earning under $90,000. This initiative makes quality dental care a necessity rather than a luxury, focusing first on vulnerable populations. The CDCP ensures that individuals without dental benefits from employment or private insurance can access comprehensive dental care, promoting better oral health nationwide.
